Hey! My name is Alex Castaneda, and I am currently a student at Liberty University finishing up my Masters degree in clinical mental health counseling. On this difficult road we call life, I use listening and words to help people navigate the obstacles they face.
I long to see the healing power that exists in each person be unleashed in their lives. As a counselor, I do not consider myself an expert on other people’s lives, but perhaps I can help others unlock something within them that trauma, dysfunction, shame, or bad habits have kept hidden. I am particularly passionate about helping men struggling with pornography addiction.
I believe that relationships are of primary importance in human existence. I long to help others learn how to relate to themselves by improving their inner dialogues, and understanding themselves, as well as relate to others by moving toward the people in their life healthily.
