Open Role – Licnsed Mental Health Counselor

You are a licensed counselor who wants more than the status quo. You went to school to earn your degree, have a passion for serving clients, and you want to work for a company that encourages your growth. At Sheltering Oaks, we care about your personal and professional growth. We have a clinical development program that stipends your CEUs to support your professional growth.

Additionally, we have a clinical director that leads case consultation meetings and training. We help you build a sustainable caseload without devoting all of your non-clinical time to marketing, paperwork, and billing insurance.

We want a counselor that enjoys working with adults as well as other age groups. Although we serve clients of all religions, we are known by some as a faith-based practice (Christian). All applicants should be comfortable working at a faith-based practice.

We have a strong in-office team culture, and we are now expanding that to incorporate virtual team members as well. We want a counselor that desires to be part of a group and shares our vision of having a collaborative work environment. You will begin full-time remote work initially, with the possibility of in-office days in the future.
